The FAB 5!!!!!
I miss the FAB 5 and I want to dedicate this post to them!
Sabrina, June, Jia Jun, Sue Keng!
I miss the moments when we work hard for Leo, I miss the moments when we have pajama parties, I miss the Leo Forum moments, I miss the cat-fighting moments, I miss the birthday moments, I miss lots and lots and lots of moments!
No one can replace you guys in my heart. Our friendship will last no matter where are we 20, 30, 40, 50 years later! Remember our 20 years later plan? hehehe.. Thats our goal to achieve right! We evolved with time, the more we grow, the more we learn and although we are all distance apart, we will always be there for each other. I always know that. True friends are like gems. Rare and hard to find. I am lucky to find 4 of them! =DD
Sab the BLUR queen (nerdier now, not-so-blur anymore). Jia Jun our "sista" (getting hawter now!). June the muscular woman(more feminine now!) and Sue the Holy one (prettier now too!)
The night I come back make sure we go mamak or yamcha kay?

I have been practicing Cumbia (something like Salsa) for the past 3 weeks for this Talent Night. And we won first prize! Actually there is only two team competing, so.. its either 1st or 2nd.. =_= ANYWAYS, we dance cumbia and it was fun! I watched the video and played it a few times. My skirt was kinda short and thanks to sandy who adviced me to wear thights inside saved my BUTT! literally! from getting kicked out of MC. hehehe.. My partner for the night is Pascal from Zambia. He can dance too!! And also thanks to Jose from Argentina who teach us all how to move and his motto is EXAGGERATE!!! MOVE LIKE A DIVA!! hahahahhaa
I shall burn the video into a Cd and pass it to mary anne so she can pass it to my family to watch. They really mocked me before the show. ISH ISH... here are some nice pics!

Stress!!!!!!
Past week has been really stressed out.. test and quizzes. Extra curricular activities. Joined the cultural night on saturday. Played BB gun (something like paintball) on friday. Didn't get hurt tho! hehehe.. I was shooting everywhere! hahah it was fun but freaking expensive like RM40!! But after playing that I felt so relaxed after a hectic week. Its better than bursting out on someone unlucky! But this is the first and the last time tho coz its so expensive! I expected it to be around RM28 but this time less people thats why higher price. =(
Thanks to Sandy and Carol who did my hair for cultural night. I was the dayang beside the queen. Just walked around the stage.. dunno why its a dikir barat performance. I still dunno whats dikir barat. call me a malaysian. BLAH!
I have english summary cards to rush and econs notes to do. econs quiz and homework pass up on tues! ahhhhh... Read bio before going to class from this week onwards because Dear Young Dr. Sue is taking over my lecturer's class Dr Joy and one thing for sure is NEVER ever be late or you will be in her bad books for the rest of your academic life in MC. thats what the seniors told me. I haven experience it yet and I don't want too. thank you very much!
Seriously, I often lose appetite this semester. I crave for food, lots of them! and when i get them, i just lose the WANT to eat it! How weird is that? Lin and food! ME?? losing appetite??? HOLY COW! hahahaha but I'm slimming down i guess. I love cycling around the campus, uphill and slopes.. just nice! my friends kitty and en ning followed me before. they were breathless halfway hiking the hill! They were impressed where i got my stamina! hahahaha practice makes it better right?
ok now.. gotta go back doing my research topic. Suffering laptopless! =(( Can't wait for Chinese New Year though! heheh Aunty Dev coming to Bangkok so I go and visit her! hehehehe I can ask her to bring back my laptop right! I forgotten all about it! aiyaaaa!!!!!!! what a stupid girl lin is!

The reason I didn't update my blog is because my laptop screen crashed dring dec 11 last year. Since then I'm laptopless, and in my campus it's something really DREADFUL! Thanks to my kind friend, Ning lending me her laptop whenever I need it. Actually multi tasking right now. This is my second semester and I can feel the stress piling up already! CAN you believe it? I have class at tues and thurs night. Quiz every class. The workload for this 15 credits is killing me. Just concentrate on studies and aim for 4.0 gpa. I got 3.59 gpa last sem. Kinda disappointing though. So this semester no fooling around, wasting time going out to eat(well not that often la!).
Anyways, theres a new hobby of mine in this boring campus. Cycling around campus at least 5 times a week and join the cycling club to go on sunday mornings. It is really fun! XD Other than that, sat or fri night have an illegal dancing class in my China friend, Kitty's room. hahahahahaha I can slim down by teaching too! lalala
Bangkok trip was fun. Although there were ups and downs. It was good that I had company (good ones!) during christmas break. Liza and diva made me miss home less coz they brought malaysian stuff for me. Liza: thank you for bringing me those stuff especially the blanket(it feels like home and kept me warm!). I heed your advice in what you told me about. And I'm getting through it. Hope you get through what's on your mind too. We shall meet again during May.
January 18 was Jia Jun's Bday! Happy Birthday!!! I called him on 12.00 am sharp and wished him. He didn't even recognized my voice. =_= what a friend he is. forgetting me and all.. ish ish... I will buy u the present in Bangkok ok? =D pass it to u when i come back. Big boy already! 19! heard u went with sab to visit june in penang. =)

Sunflower oh sunflower! Do you know how pretty you are? How you make me smile? How you make me miss you? Bright yellow petals with an invincible sweetness about you.. Even bees are attracted to you, what makes you so cheery, so attractive, so charming? TELL ME!!!! okay okay.. cut short of my admiring sunflower sickness (ASS), its fatal if I don't get my dose of sunflower viewing which Thank GOD I DID went and view it. FINALLY!!!! Special Thanks to Johnny who took me and ning to nearby sunflower field around 11.30am under hot sun. When I saw the bright yellow thingies, I went berserk! seriously crazy.. They are just like me. Don't you think so? =P Thus, my ASS was cured! Hallelujah!!!

Semester
Finals in 4 days time. Oh gosh... study study study!!!! Attending a cambodian
friend's wedding though. hehehe Shall dig out pink my baju kebaya to wear for
their wedding ceremony. I got a feeling this bride will be really pretty on her
wedding day coz she has really NICE features! =D I never experienced any
weddings in Mission
College before. Well,
everything has a first time right? But before the wedding, I have to do the
Bidayuh Dance again for my Fine Arts Presentation. Hope everything goes well.
Then
(Drum rolls!) after exams, it's partayinggggg babehh!! Liza and Diva coming to
rock bangkok with me! We shall party like there's no tomorrow!! I planned out
most of the places we intend to go. Shopping, clubbing, eating,
shopping,visiting temples and the grand palace, eating... etc etc etc. Oh yeah!
They are staying at my campus for 2 days. hahaha for some fresh air. kekeke let
them experience my life in MC. Can't wait for them to come!!!! YIIPEEEEE!!!!

Cheerleaders gone Cuckoo!
Imagine me with a tutu around my hips, wearing a green band on my forehead and painted green on my face. Those of you who know me will laugh till you roll on the floor. I was wearing exactly that jumping around the football field, you name it, I was skipping, shaking, dancing, cheering, posing and even challenging other cheerleaders. I was in the green team. Thus, cheering for the green team and guess what? We won for the cheerleading competition and the overall sports! wahahaha
This sports day happen for 2 days. At first, I didn't want to attend it. After dinner with my lil midget friend on the 2nd floor at my dorm's balcony. We got bored and just went for a walk. Somehow we just went there and there was a group of super hyper thai girls with their thai cheering. I do not understand a single word but I just follow along. It was so funny! So next day I got ready to cheer for my green team. They painted most green team members face green. I somehow got so hyper and wore a tutu and a headband skipping around. Johnny from the yellow group came to my green team and challenged us. Therefore, I went to challenge him after that. We were dancing to eminem song. people were staring so he claims. I even did the duck moves following the beat of the song. So stupid!! But it was a blast though! And I felt that my bond with some of the students strengthened. I felt like I'm just being my crazy self after so long since I came from Malaysia. I didn't let out my true self after so long. It was such a blast!!!

Weather is so freaking cold here.
Its worse than genting here. I was so stupid to wake up in the morning and shower, when i came out from the bathroom. my bones was shaking..literally! im sorry that im not an aviant blogger. didn't blog about bangkok or about my mid term results. I'm just plain lazy. =P But june, im jealous when I read about your blog attending Open House for Hari Raya. All the rendang, pulut, satay!! urgh.. i miss all those.. =(
Oh ya, before i typed this post. I tried out an IQ test and I'm below average.. eh? like 30 questions 15 correct. But my general knowledge and verbal intelligence is full marks. So I guess I'm not that dumb after all. Higher EQ. =P I'm having my pyschology test on thursday then going to bangkok on sunday to another university to attend Thai dancing & Thai music class! sweet!! =D can't wait for that! On dec 2nd im going to watch the messiah concert in bangkok too! hohohoho...
I had been sick the past week. On and Off colds, running nose(seriously cold here!) But I eat more fruits and veggies here compare than in Malaysia though. heh... Last Friday was Wanna's birthday, and me and ning surprised her by cooking bolognese fettuccini for her, I am cooking for the first time and it turned out quite delicious! hohoho That girl is just like sab, blur queen and really slow in reaction. =_= but this girl is booksmart. So i guess shes good in science but not in real world? i dunno... but Sab! U have a competitor in ding dongness now! whahahahaah Anyways, she was so touched that we cooked for her and we even video recorded people she knew who wished her for her 18th birthday. Just something small we could do for her. She was nice to me and ning. I remember once I was sick and she cutted fruits and brought it to my room. It was so nice of her to do that. =)
Thanks to David and Alden too! for fetching us around to buy the ingrediants for the fettuccini. And when I was sick and having my period cramps, they offered me ride back to the dorm and help me with favours. I am lucky to find such nice friends here in MC. You guys rocks! =DD
My finals are from Dec 13 till 19. Have to start hitting the books. call me nerd for all I care. I wanna have a good GPA, at least 3.6 minimum. I hope.. I keep in touch with La Sierra officials to know what credits to take that are transferable. hmmm... And on Dec 20 till 28 is gonna be PARTAYYY!!! Liza and diva are coming to bangkok and we shall rock bangkok together! shopping, sight seeing, clubbing. hohohoh can't wait. I heard december In MC is much colder compare to now. DAMN! I hope I can adapt to this weather, hope my fats help me now. keep me warm. oh please!
